5 Simple Frozen Coffee Drink Recipes

In this video you can learn about one of the easiest frozen coffee drink recipes you can do at home.  Let’s start out with a basic recipe for an ice coffee drink.


Ice Coffee: Mix your concentrate about half and half of coffee and water in a tall glass of ice. If you prefer you can add a little dairy to it along with a touch of simple syrup for a sweetener and stir. That’s it your ready to go.

Vanilla Latte:- Take your coffee and add whole milk to a tall glass (about a 50/50 ratio). Next add some vanilla syrup as well as some ice into the glass.  Then take a shaker place it over the top of the glass and start shaking. After you shake it pour it into another glass and what you get is a thick rich vanilla Latte.

Mocha: For this beverage use about a 2 to 1 ratio of cold coffee with half and half. Next add an ounce of chocolate syrup (you can use whatever type of chocolate you like) add your ice and shake it up. You can drink it on the rocks or if you want to make it really special pour it in a specialty glass to impress your friends. This drink can really double as a desert.

Cold Coffee Spritzer: Pour a small amount of coffee into a tall glass filled with ice. Add some carbonated water with a stirrer and if you like you can add a little sweetener to it and what you have is a great summer drink.

Finally, let’s discuss how you can use cold brewed coffee for a desert. This is really a cross between a sundae and a float. Pour your coffee over a couple of scoops of ice cream, add a little chocolate syrup and a dab of whipped cream and finish it with a chocolate covered espresso bean and your ready for a delicious finish to a meal.
